It was the first time in my life to wash my clothes in a public laundry. It's a new experience. This is laundry located in my neighborhood and I don't know why all of these bad comments about it. First of all, I met the very kindest Asian lady with the big heart ever and she was with me step by step on How to use the washing, and dryer machine and change from cash to loonies, quarters, and clean products. She Gives me the wifi password to stay and enjoy when I wait for my clothes to finish. Their prices are adorable. I want to tell her that From the deep core of my heart Thank you so much.

The owner is a very nice person and very friendly but the employee the works tonight 3/11/2021 is very rude to costumers she scream at my daughter because the washer is leaking saying the she don't know how to used and we are regular costumers if we know the machine was leaking we won't used and she keep talking in Korean like really hoe we supposed to know

This was my first time coming here and I'll definitely be coming back! The owner John was very friendly and professional. He has excellent customer service skills, and made me feel very welcomed. The prices are amazing! There was a 40% off special, and I was able to use the XL washer for $6! Large washer is $4 from $6.50. I recently went to a laundry mat in Markham and they wanted $13 for the XL washer....so needless to say that this was definitely a steal. The place is kept very clean, and the machines operate well. I definitely recommend this laundry mat.

Always a tidy place whenever I go here to do laundry. Cleaner than most restaurants. John and the afternoon staff are pretty friendly. I would highly recommend this spot for doing your own or dropping off your laundry to be done by these folks.
