had an absolutely awful experience at this laundromat, all because of the rude and unprofessional attitude of the front desk lady. Her behavior was completely unacceptable, and it’s hard to believe that this kind of customer service is tolerated. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning my friends and family to stay far away. Honestly, the woman with the glasses needs to seriously reconsider how she treats people, because that kind of attitude is beyond disrespectful.

Talk about a miserable woman that works here !! You ask her for change, which is her job and she behaves like youve offended her deeply. I dont understand how she still has a job with the way she treats people !!! People who are spending their money in this place dont expect a red carpet but being treated like a human being would be nice!!!! Just a couple pieces of advice, a smile goes a long way when you own a business and keeping people like this, employed and representing your company, ruins your business !!!

The first time I went to this place, the lady with glasses was so rude. I thought okay maybe she’s having a bad day, I go the Second time, she still talks to me like I don’t know what I was doing. The third time, was the last. I made a video of me before even going in and sure enough. Straight up rude for no reason, even when someone asked you about what’s what. Wouldn’t recommend!! Worst place ever.

My husband and I really enjoy coming here. The owner is fabulous. Enjoy visiting with her. Love her “no crap” personality. If you respect her and her rules, she respects you. And she is always willing to help you out.
And today I felt supported by the owner when another client decided to pick a fight with me after I made a simple request.
I wouldn’t pay much attention to these negative comments. What we have seen here is a very tightly run ship where no ignorance or attitude is tolerated. If you waltz in thinking you are going to tell the owner how it’s going to be, you are sadly mistaken. Privilege is earned, not demanded. There are rules to follow, please respect them.
But if you give the owner respect, she respects you back and will bend over backwards to serve you! Thank you for your hard work!! And thank you for the wonderful friendship we have developed over the weeks. I find your laundromat so much better than the other one.

The lady here acted like I offended her when I asked for quarters. She started going on about getting only so much interest for them. She only gave me a few and said next time I come to bring my own. She talks to you like a child. There will not be no next time.

I got my clothes washed and dried in a decent time span, BUT would’ve appreciated it if the older lady that works here is a little bit more on the friendly side, she was continuously making snobby comments to me here and there. She made it seem like a big deal when I asked for change for the machines LOL! She sighed a lot and gave dirty looks during my visit here! I hope other people have a better experiences than I have..

WOMAN IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD SHUT DOWN, literally people next to me were slamming the door and I myself A "Native with long braided hair" accidentally slammed the door while empting out my basket "thatll cost you 400$ if you break my door" a piece of Rubber on her door was already falling apart. She ignored other people slamming doors and goes to me in the corner. Felt embarrassed and miserable, uncomfortable.
