Clean place. Tons of washers and dryers. They have a machine to change bills and to buy candies, sodas or soap and laundry bags. Open everyday! It is heated and has great music!

Pros: the people who clean and close the place are really nice. Hours are decent.

Cons: machines are constantly breaking down and stealing my money. The change machine routinely runs out of money, and if there's some change but not the full amount, it'll spit out whatever change it has and not return your bill. There is no attendant so if you're there earlier in the day, you just lose your money. And if that was your last $20, too bad. If you phone and complain, they might call you back the next day to offer you your change back, but that doesn't help you when you don't have enough to run your load when you need to, and it's a pain in the ass to have to go out of your way to physically pick up a few dollars in change at a specific, usually late hour.

The prices are also becoming absolutely absurd. They were raised significantly over the last year or so, and it now costs a minimum of $4 for a single load, which is tiny. Then there are the triple load machines, which cost $6.25 but only accept quarters, meaning that you have to put 25 quarters in to get them to run. It's ridiculously inconvenient and irritating. Especially when getting the change machine to work at all, let alone give you quarters, is a Herculean effort. I've had to put the same loonie through the machine 8 times just to get the machine to spit out quarters instead of giving me my loonie back. Oh, and the change machine will give you American quarters, but the laundry machines don't accept American quarters.

The dryers used to cost 25 cents per 6 minutes, then it went to 25 cents for 5 minutes, and today, I came in and discovered that the cost is now 25 cents for 4 minutes. It's absurd. The machines aren't new and/or improved. They're the same machines that have been stealing my quarters for years now, if not worse because of wear over time. Speaking of shitty machines, I was present one day for a machine to break down and start smoking, damaging the clothes of two women who were using it. I had to call the fire department for them, and the firefighters took the machine out of service and confirmed (when I asked) that the issue was the machine, not anything the women had put in it. The women then had to pay the full cost of another machine, after already having paid for the one that broke down.

All this is to say, this place is becoming increasingly expensive with no improvements, and it's just not worth it at this point. If I'm going to be paying this much, I may as well go to a place with an attendant where I don't have to jealously guard my clothes to avoid them being stolen from the dryers (happened to me twice when I first started coming here, and to my neighbour, who now goes to a different laundromat where they do fluff and fold). My advice to the owners is to either lower your prices, or improve your machines and services, because as it stands, you are going to lose a lot of customers, including those of us who have been coming for years.

The overall cleanliness of the place was subpar, with an evident lack of attention to maintenance. My disappointment reached its peak when I decided to grab a snack from the vending machine, only to have it devour my money without delivering anything in return.

What exacerbated the situation was the absence of any staff members on-site to address the issue promptly. The conspicuous lack of customer service left me frustrated. It's disheartening when a simple laundry day turns into a bothersome ordeal due to the negligence of the establishment. I hope they improve their facilities and customer service to ensure a more positive experience for patrons in the future.

I had money eaten by the change machine, so I called the number provided and left a message per the instruction. It's been over a week and nobody has called me back about the $20 that I'm now out. Honestly, this facility is not worth the price for how old/low-functioning the machines are, it's not maintained during the day so it ends up quite dirty, and I'm almost always harassed by at least one person from the street when I come here (but don't worry, there's a sign saying to call the police or non-emergency should you have any issues!)

I'd understand the inflated price for the laundry machines if there was someone on-site to be able to handle issues, but unfortunately I think they just come to lock and unlock the door. Incredibly frustrated with my experiences here, and the complete lack of response over my money being taken by their machine was the last nail in the coffin. I used to come twice a week, but I will not be returning after this. Who knows what else they won't respond to should an issue arise. I'd rather go somewhere where they care about the people who use their facility.

Floors are always dirty, machines constantly eat money, and when new ownership took over they raised prices, reduced dryer time to 4 mins for 25 cents instead of making improvements.
