Really bad job, I did my laundry and most of my laundry came out torn and dirty. Who will be held accountable for this? Definitely do not do laundry here.

Maybe it's a funny thing to say but I have really enjoyed doing my laundry here over the last ~7 months. It's open often, is clean, well-lit and the owners have been incredibly well responsive on the (very few) occasions where I lost a quarter in the machine.
They had to increase prices just this past week, which I found unfortunate and also completely understandable given the cost of everything else these days. Overall Ulster coin wash is a cheery, peaceful neighbourhood laundromat and that's what matters most.

A nice quiet spot to do your laundry. Has tables inside and outside to sit at while you wait. Clean machines that work well, and free wifi. The owners are very friendly and helpful, responding right away when I called the number on the wall and resolving the issue within 5 minutes. Continues to be my neighbourhood go-to for laundry!

Don’t waste your time thinking that they’ll follow their own hours - they’ll lock your laundry inside at 10:30 instead. And their washers will only clean lightly soiled items.
Just go to the coin-o-rama on Harbord instead.

The new owners seem great. This is the cleanest it’s been in years.

Ever since the new owners took over this place has gone so far down hill. Half the machines don’t even work but they keep raising the prices for a regular wash. These aren’t even big load machines, they are regular size and they’re charging $5 per wash, more if you aren’t doing normal. Fix the machines, stop raising prices.
