This was the best Wash and Fold service I have experience, and traveling a lot for work I regularly need to look for a Laundry. The care they take with your clothes way amazing! Thank you and I will be back if ever in Toronto.

When my washer/dryer broke I used this establishment for a month to wash my laundry and they were fantastic. A wash in the specific machines I used were $4.75 and a dry was a quarter for 4 minutes. I felt the workers there really take pride in their laundromat and work and take really good care of the place. At one point one of the homeless men stole my laundry bag (no clothes inside) and the worker there---an older Asian woman--came with me to confront him and ask for it back. I got it back with no issues and I felt she was really looking out for me as her customer. I never had any issues other than this. I would start a load and leave without any issues. I would recommend this place and am thankful we have them in the neighbourhood!

Dont go here, the water doesn’t get hot, this was my third time here, I asked the two different ladies working there (on two occasions) why my clothes wont wash in hot water (When i specifically selected hot water on their machine) they both told be they got the hot water tank fixed a day before & that could be why, they conveniently told me that when i felt the cold water filling up the machine. They can at least be more honest & upfront or simply refund me my money, because i rather take it somewhere that gets it cleaned the way i want it. The machines are visibly old and the lady tells me the inside works like new, lol? Like really, do they think people are that foolish?

I had a 9x12 washable rug to clean and it wouldn’t fit in my washer so I brought it here. Simon was so helpful! He showed me how to use the machines, got me change, and sold me soap because I forgot it! He was super friendly and kind and I appreciated the assistance. Machines were big and fast. Nice little park across the street with some social squirrels boppin around to help pass the time.
Some reviews on here are wild and not what I encountered, smiles and kindness go a long way

I'm sitting here listening to the lady working here right now as she yells at another customer blaming her for her for the laundry machines not having enough water she's extremely rude. Literally telling this nice lady trying to get her laundry done that she talks to much and doesn't need no one's business. I've never witnessed such rude and disgusting actions from a business owner no customer service she ended up kicking the lady out and continuing to talk to much as she blamed the nice lady for doing explaining she's to tired us people make her job to hard . Not enough water at a laundry mat unless you want unwashed clothes and a being told off this is the place for you otherwise I'd advise I'd Rather wash my clothes by hand no stars I'm never coming
