I have been using this place for years , the owners used to be responsible . When there money machines, take your money , the last time my experience have changed I put 20 dollars and the money got taken wigh out given me any change coins call the phone number you get no answer , left a a voice mail massage , never called me back and when I called them in bussniss hrs a lady answer the phone and when I explained to her my problem she keept on saying and ok and like it's ur lose at the casino , keep the money lady , it won't make anyone richer 0 stars for your exelant service good luck

I often go to this place in order to get hemmed my readymade trousers and long sleeved shirts.
The Phiippina, who works at the alteration shop inside the laundromat, does her job with care and in time, so I prefer to go there.
The laundromat has 20 -25 washers and equal number of driers, and the facility is used by plenty of people during the weekdays and weekends.
I have never found the place and the washroom dirty.
Overall, it is a good facility for the residents of the area.

This place is very dirty and small inside. Should have at least one staff on site at all times. It's very busy during the evening hours. The washers had a foul smell from being locked. It should remain open at all times to avoid having a nasty stench. The washroom was disgusting. So much garbage everywhere. Even to use the sink to wash my hands I was grossed out. Convenient business hours but given the location, I highly doubt anyone will want to be here at odd hours. I am surprised this place hasn't been reported to public health and safety measures has not been taken yet. Especially with COVID-19 still around. Very unclean and unhygienic environment.

Because there is always CARS Monday through Monday. Any Time Day Or Night Block in the ramp, even though there's a sign.Is there saying no parking then would sit there.Until they finished the laundry

Clarity for hours of operation: the laundromat is open 24/7, even on holidays ive seen it open. The hours listed are for the person on site. They have laundry services which the hours correlate to. But if youre doing it yourself youll be fine to visit.
They do have a convenient change machine. The machines only accept dollar coins and quarters. There are one or two broken machines that swallow your change. So if its busy dont use the empty machines theres a reason its empty. Busy times vary usually when people get off work and the weekends. Expect to be there for hours if it is busy
Never noticed any bad smells or had issues washing my clothes. The machines there wash my winter jacket whereas the washing machine at home doesn't. Not much to do there so bring something to keep busy. Havent seen any theft issues though so you could go and come back in 30mins while its washing not drying. But still be cautious

I live close so I try to use ONLY at off peak hours. Otherwise it's a madhouse. The place is REALLY small inside, and a lot of the washers you have to smell check, otherwise there is a mildew smell. It's pretty clear the machines aren't being maintained. The place is also consistently dirty, even when people are working. The place is advertised as 24/7, but know that it is not STAFFED 24/7. There is no ATM inside, and there is no card payment for the washers. There is a bill to coin converter inside, and the BMO and their ATMs are only a few units down. If you can get it when it's not busy it's fast and efficient enough, and overall gets the job done. I would bring your own detergent though as the ones they do sell are obscenely priced. Lastly there is no Wi-Fi, so bring a book, and know there there is only one chair in the whole place to sit. If you drive, there are absolutely cleaner and better laundromats around. If you walk, and this is all you've got, its absolutely fine and will do the job.

I've never seen a smaller laundry mat in such a busy intersection in my life. Not enough machines. There's no ATM inside either. Connected to the mall or not it says 24hours, meaning people after work need to wash their clothes after the mall hours. Its pretty dirty. I went in and right back out with my clothes to go to another laundry mat.

Very crowded. No organization. Happy I was wearing 2 masks. There needs to be a cap on how many folks can be inside the establishment. Clearly ghe owner is interested in making money not about customers well being. There were kids running around in there. Need space for folks doing laundry. Leave kids at home. Need more baskets. There was no one wiping down any area in there. Saw one guy with his mask under his chin. Nothing was said to him
